Today is one of those 'doesn't-mean-anything' Holidays' since Christmas fell on a Sunday. I should not have counted on today to be the 'catch-up' day, I was so looking forward to. I cannot call anyone to find out why my classified Internet ad got messed up, or even call to change a Doctor's appointment. Many people are not working today.

Today is the perfect day to take back the unwanted gifts and rake over the 'After Christmas' sale stuff.

I was thinking how much eaiser gift shopping would be, if you could give Gift Certificates to everyone on your list. I passed the 99 Cents Store last night, and thought about not minding getting a gift Certificate from there. They give them out for McDonald's, why not the 99 Cent Store? I was also thinking how long would that store keep it's title. Have you ever thought about how inflation could eventually affect it's 99 cents status? I mean, would it still have the same name even 5 years from now? How about ten?

If you are looking for clothing bargains and you are a woman, you might try Clothes Minded. Everything in the store is $15! Someone asked me where I bought my new jacket...(one of those faux suede ones). I swear they thought I spent $100..........It was bought at Clothes Minded, so you know what I spent......
