Eat your way through the week-end as long as you party all night. That's right. When you party all night, it means you danced all night. Dancing will burn most fat, and is probably the best excercise on the planet.
I was in Houston again this week-end, and had to adjust to two Time Zone changes. It always upsets my sleep patterns and my Appetite Control buttons. So I just kept eating as the opportunities crossed my path, knowing that overeating is a side effect of Jet Lag. Attending a Bar Mitzvah gave me an opportunity to dance AND eat.
How much easier could it be? You eat the quantities you want to eat, and then Rock and Roll all night.
Bottom line, is that I figure I can have many Jet Lag induced meals when I am away from home, if I can stay up late to party/dance.
